You will be able to browse through the list of the licensed therapists and once you have found the right match, click on the "book appointment" button. Select your preferred time slot and fill in the required information and you appointment will be placed and you will receive the details of the appointment on your email! Click here to get started.

• How do I pay my therapist?

  Counslink does not require any payments from the user. The customers will be provided a suitable payment structure and the method of payment by therapist.

• Are my fees covered by my insurance?

  Some mental health services are covered by insurance companies. Please confirm with your benefits provider to ensure if these costs are covered.

• Do I need my family doctor's referral to see a therapist?

  No, a referral is not required to see a therapist!

• As a therapist, how do I sign up to be listed on Counslink's platform?

  You can apply here to join our platform and we will get in touch with you.

• Is online therapy available? If yes, which platform should I use to connect with my therapist?

  Yes! Online therapy is available. When you book an appointment through our platform, your therapist will provide you with a meeting link through the Counslink communications you will receive when booking your appointment.
